The surrounding majestic mountains invite hiking in summer/autumn and skiing in winter/spring. The history of Kitzbühel began in the 9th century BC with copper mining and commerce. In 1504 Kitzbühel became part of Tyrol.

Vienna   Vienna, the capital of Austria and home to 2 million residents, is situated on the banks of the Danube. The influx of visitors from all over the world has made Vienna the most popular urban tourist destination in Austria.
